Great Plains Community Church of the Nazarene, having been in existence for a little more than two years under the able leadership of Pastor Galen Skinner and his wife, Susan, was officially organized by District Superintendent Larry White on Sunday morning, September 28, 2009, in Goehner, Nebraska with 100 present for the worship service.  Pastor Skinner began with neighborhood Bible studies in 2006 and presently attendance is averaging 75 as the congregation worships cafe style in the Goehner Grange Hall.  Sixty one charter members represents a strong beginning and we praise God!
